Ok---Suppose a girlfriend & boyfriend got really drunk & were having sex & then the boyfriend blew his load on his girlfriend as he always does but only to realize she had passed out moments before due to her heavy intoxication & euphoria. Would this be sexual assault? I need to know because I read some where that is was & I havn't sleeped nor ate since. My lawyer is NOT gonna be happy.
