I logged in Ableton.com today to find this message.

You have no Ableton licenses added to your user account yet. To add your Ableton Live serial number, click the button below.

Is Ableton breaking up with me? I swear baby I can change.

I have the same problem. I mailed customer care. Hope they fix it soon. Just did a Windows 7 install.

Do any of you have any other email addresses associated with Ableton?

Same thing happened to me a while back but it turned out that all of my licenses were moved to my SMOOTH LOVIN CYCLOPS account for some reason.

I don't. One email since Live 4 and it's happening to me.

For me I noticed it when I installed the Live 8.1 Suite demo on my work laptop to mess around with it and noticed it didn't ask me anything about demo or authorize and when i clicked authorize I saw that in the web portal.

Now that I see others have the same thing I'm sure it's something on their end that will get sorted.
