Im really doing this so more artists may get a hold of my music and play it out... what do you guys think?

Why not? You think your music is good enough then go for it. Personally, i think you've missed the boat with electro house.

I know what you mean. I may be late to the party but Im still having fun with it. Im not just going to make some tech house or minimal just because the electro house scene ballooned.
I really dont know how I should send them the juno link.
Who should I email/message in the label?
Should I contact artists on myspace?

most labels don't accept unsolicited material for legal reasons so in large it in ends up being a waste of your money. Just release it yourself. There are so many options online for you to do that now its staggering.
anyone can put music on itunes now

Sorry I probably did not make it clear what I was asking in my original post. I have already had my album released. But I was seeing if it is acceptable to send A&R reps and DJs a Promo to spread the music.

i say go ahead cuz you have nothing to lose.. it's always better if you know someone within the company because I am sure they have no shortages of material being sent to them.. worst case scenario they say NO and hopefully give you some reasons why they didn't pick up your material.. if anything it could be a great learning experience.. but all the luck to you and you should be proud for completing an album.. that's not an easy task and shows determination..

send it to djs definitely and to blogs too, they are always looking for good music.
as far as A&Rs go, sometimes i think its better if they hear about it from a dj or someone else, that way they see you as making moves by yourself. then they want a piece of your success
don't forget internet radio and regular radio, still a good way to reach an audience

There is a dude that frequents this board, who does a radio show on 88.5 community radio. If memory serves me correct its mostly house but search the board for "88.5" and the post where we talk about his show should pop up. He might play your stuff on the radio.

Is your ep exclusive to your current label? If so they own the masters.

95% of all the answer (if any) from label:
"cool music, but doesnt follow the trend we are following right now. cheers"
or smthing very similar
and its nothing to do with your music (good or bad)
most of the labels has their artist.. too many.
try small labels, even free netlabels to start with.
then in the future those releases will be good references.
at least, this is my experience and how i started.
but try to forget electro house, tech house and smthing is already fulfilled.

i mean the best way to get signed to a bigger label who organize your gigs, radio shows, promotion etc.
small labels wont do that, they only releasing your music without payment.
