Hi there,

Can you use Reasons effects on audio channels in Live via re-wire?

I believe you can program midi info. in live to trigger Reason instruments but I haven't tried it yet - anyone know of a tutorial for this or an answer for the above?

Nope. Unfortunately, Reason doesn't have audio in (thru). I can imagine it would be tricky to rewire Reason with audio in from the source without getting wicked feedback...

The Props would get a few bucks from me if they came out with a VST/AU version of the reverb, Scream and vocoder.

A work-around, albeit a slow one, is to save the audio as a wav and then import it into reason, then it can be used during re-wire sessions.

Thanks for the reply guys - what a shame it would be pretty cool if they were plug-inns yes!
