Would Max be able to replace Bome and autohotkeys...

Hi!
I'm using Bome and autohotkeys to extend the functionality of Live for some time. I try to avoid external stuff as much as I can so I'd like to know if the following would be possible with Max:
Autohotkeys:
Changing the key commands of Live
A script that opens all plugin windows in a newly loaded song.
Bome:
Activating "undo" via a sustain pedal.
Would love to integrate this!
