All i know is that they have GREAT support. I have asked them to make a few functions for the ohm64 / block and they have done both =) Can't wait to buy my block.

God, this place sucks.

(oh, sorry, I meant to add sarcasm tags, but I had already posted)

Last night at Pretty Lights, they were using an OHM64 to control the video screens.. Looked like loads of fun..

I'm assuming it was the VJ software by Livid but I'm not sure, I was too busy raging. 8)

The Livid devices are great devices. They are made in the USA. I love the fact that thet have a grid based interface and knobs. The Ohm64 is one of my favorite grid controllers. It communicates through midi and comes with a editor to define what you want each of the controls to send and receive. I would highly recommend these devices. For a review of the Ohm64 you can check out my site. The Block is great too. Additionally, CMNAT is working on UOSC that will allow OSC control right from the microprocessor that happens to be the same series used in the Ohm64 and Block.

If you have any questions, please feel free to ask.

It would be nice if these Livid joints could get the little red box..

Also, the VJ softwares look nice, anyone know which one is the most fun?

Yeah great stuff can't say enough. I have also requested a few features and they were put in soon after.

Would have answered sooner, but judging by the thread title, I thought you were either a disgruntled Live 8 user or a MobileMe user.
