as soon as i drag an AU version of a nomad factory plugins from the producer pack, live crash ...
It doesn't crash with the VST version......

Annoying.....

and it just crashed with my stillwell audio plugins (vibes EQ and 1973) too........

There's something wrong with AU and 8.1.1, this does'nt happen with 8.1

Crash with my IK CSR reverb too.............

in fact , a lot of AU plugins crash......

The weird thing about the CSR Reverb plugin crashes is that CSR Plate works fine , but the other three (room, hall, inverse) don't. Pretty annoying.

I was having the same crash with IK Multimedia CSR Hall reverb, support quickly sorted it out with an additional options.txt file. Get in touch with Ableton support for this fix.

any news from ableton on this ??

please try, if the crashes persist with this little options.txt:

* close Live
* create a plain text file with the name "options.txt" in Live´s preferences folder:

user/library/preferences/ableton/live 8.1.1

* copy the following text (including the minus at the beginning) and place it right at the beginning of the options.txt (top left corner):

-_PluginAutoPopulateThreshold=0

* save options.txt
* start Live

Can you still reproduce the crashes?

A bugfix for this issue is included with the latest Live beta, Live 8.1.2b1

my nomad factory plugins seem to be crashing live too...

Some of my Powercore plugins crash Live - immeditaely on inserting them. They work fine in Logic, only Live crashes.

This is happening again - in the latest Beta 8.2.71b - it needs to be fixed once and for all GRRRRR.
