I am running 3 x 24" in an oval shape havent found a way with F11. So far manually stretching. But it is excellent being able to stretch lives widow over the 3 screens ( when necessary) :)

best

It's my uneducated opinion that this isn't possible.

And my heart goes out to you for having to put up with that 1/4" of top screen real estate you can't take advantage of. Oh what you could do with that space. And the nano-seconds of your day you could save by not having to manually drag Live across 2 screens.

it's not a big deal but it would be nice.. screen real estate is screen real estate.

Or just make your tracks one less scene. If you can't see the whole song without scrolling then you have too much going on. :)

lol.. yeah that's true.. but you bring up track count.. I always hear interviews of some producers/mixers who do work for big names and I hear them boast about track counts of 75+.. and I've listened to some of the songs in question and still don't know how the hell they can get the track count that high..

Putting each individual drum hit on it's own track can add up. Putting each stacked/layered drum hit or other sounds on their own track can add up. I've seen track layouts where a single random sound that only happens once or twice in a song has it's own track. Recording and flattening effects sends can also add to the uber set.

What a stupid thing to boast of! I bet they have massive spoilers on their cars too.

This is neat and atime saver if yopu want to switch between working multiple screens and hot swapping back to a single screen.
1. stretch live to lie open on your multiple screens (in mycase 3 :) )
2.click on the header bar above file edit create etc etc and live wil now snap back to to a single monitor.Hi the header again and it snaps back the 3 screens in my case.

best
:)
