I think that sync over LAN on mac is working ok for me in live.
Except for the problem that it only works up too 1000 bars, which makes it hard to have a full live set synced on two machines.
I need one of the machines to be master, so an external clock is not an option for me.
Any solutions ?
Syncing Live weird over 1000 bars
Re: Syncing Live weird over 1000 bars
For long-term synchronization you need to use MTC (MIDI Time Code).
But unfortunately Live doesn't provide MTC output.
As a workaround you may use on the "master machine" another application/utility for generating MTC and slave both Live's to it.

Thanks for the reply.
I need to trigger markers on the main machine and have the second machine follow.
These markers are being moved around between shows. Thats why it's hard to use an external clock for me.
Does anyone know any external mtc generator app or hardware that can be triggered by midi cc?
