Live dsesperately needs a simple tool to remove clicks from audio clips. By redrawing the waveform at the problem point.

Imo you should use a designated audio editor with features designed purely for this function.
Clicking the 'Edit' button on a clip would open the audio file in an editor to do all necessary adjustments.

I do have this facility but do not need an over cooked tool to do this. These external applictions take you away from your working enviroment and I would like to do this redraw waveform technique within Live as I love the user interface Live is and stopped using Logic Pro due to the Live workflow ease and uncomplicated ( Un-Clomp-icated ) way Live made the music making process.
When I work for television I use their Bias Peak or Wavelab depending on the platform...Mac or Pc.
But for those who need to do a bit of audio restoration outside the Live interface that was a very good tip from re.mark above to share with others.
