Analog Factory

When ever i try to open analog factory in ableton 8.1.1 i get a message saying A serious program error has occurred. Live will shut down after this message box has closed.I have looked but found nothing on this topic i am running vista/2.0 cintrino core 2 duo/4gig of ram hope someone can help

Hi Gogz,
please make sure you are using the latest update of Analog Factory. If the problem persists, please contact
[email protected], include a .zip version of this folder:
c:/users/username/appdata/roaming/ableton/live 8.1.1/preferences/
Note that on some Windows systems the application data folder is hidden by default. Here is how to make it visible:
1. Launch Explorer.
2. Select Organize/Folder and Search Options/View.
3. Check "Show hidden files and folders."

Thanks Jok your a star i reinstalled it and it works fine.Is that a scottish name Jok?
