Start point marker missing in arrange view midi clips

Doesn't happen often but had a 4/4 kick programmed in Impulse that wouldn't stay in time for more than 10 bars or so when I noticed the start point marker was missing from the window when I double clicked the recorded track in arrange. Pulling the loop marker in then out again made it re-appear but was def. a little funky there for a while.
Anyone else had similar?
