Clip editing question

I'm new to live and wanted to set up a dj/mashup set with my launchpad,

my goal is to have a grid of clips i can trigger and effect as I please.
But i want to effect some clips and save the effected clip as a new clip and put it as the next clip down on the track, my purpose in do this is because with the launch pad edition of ableton i am limited to 8 track and 8 effect per session, and i really feel as though 8 effects is not enough to effect and master my clips in a live situation. I would like to be able to effect my clips and save the effected WAV file as a new clip so that i can save my limited 8 effects for manipulating and mastering (a little reverb and compression to make everything sound like its made to go together) on my A and B output.

Can any one tell me how i can export a clip though effects?
I think dummy clips would be a possibility, but once again my limited number of tracks and effects make this difficult.
Ideally i would have 4 tracks each containing a bunch of audio clips, chopped up and effected into 4 or more different loops. At this point all tracks would play WAV clips of chopped up songs. Also i would have 4 track with midi instruments or other loops to be played with. I would then send all 8 though my A/B sends where my effects would be in order to create some live manipulation as well.

Any thoughts? Like i said i'm new to ableton, i have a metal image of what i want, my problem is now getting it all working.

Thanks
