I am starting to learn synthesis and do my own sounds... but i cant get the tech house chord sounds with the slow attack??

can you give an example? a youtube link? no idea what tech house chords sound like....

Not sure if I understand your question but there are only 2 ways to get a slow attack of an OSC or sample and that is with and VCA or with the the Envelope attack setting. So either adjust the amplitude envelope's or the modulation envelope's attack time. I didn't hear anything of complexity in the YT reference you provided. What is the timeline in the vid are you referring to?

the chords are running from the beginning of the track till the end its the sound going uuuum t uuumm t... how do i get that??.. saw wave +... ??

Filter sweep with a little resonance. (and a short delay too)
