Question about Legal Rights

Hey, what's up guy's? i have i few question's regarding the legal right's of Loop's library, as many of you may know, you can find many loop's library on the net, and what i would is how the legal right's work's in case i create a track with any of those loop's, let me say that i'm not talking about the Melodic Loops, i refere more to the Rythmic Loops.

It depends on the library. Some say you can use them and distribute them but you can't sell them as a loop library/compilation... only as music. Some say you can use them and play with them but you can't make any money with them. Some say that you can use them and play with them but if you make any money they get half and so on. Others say, do what ever you want. Each library is different. It depends on the creator and of course whether the person distributing it actually has the right to do so or is ripping it off him/her self. You have to look on the CD, DVD or notes that come with the files.

It makes my head spin so I just make my own.

Yes, read the small print.
But really you only have to worry when you make that big hit tune that is broadcast all over the world - in which case you'll have the joy of a lawsuit (maybe).
