Plugin settings management

1) Globally accessable plugin settings.
The way that it works with Live's built in effects should also be implemented for VST's. A plugin settings directory would automatically be created for each VST that is installed, and all settings saved there for fast instant global access.
Just like Logic. It helps workflow SO much. PLEASE implement this feature.
2) Recall Channel Strips. Save all channel settings and parameters for future projects.
