hi folks,
i just stumbled over this while searching for a download link for bootsys freeware plugins:
anyone knows wtf this is?

It looks like a general purpose processing unit emulation a bit like Empirical Labs Fatso Jr (except that has no EQ).
It has a VCS compressor/limiter, tape saturation and EQ with HP and LP filters for sidechaining the compressor.
How useful it is - I don't know. I like Bootsy's plugins, but Density mkII is the only one I really use frequently.
(he makes his plugins with synthedit mostly, with some occasional C++ code, AFAIK).

..maybe a future plug by bootsy..mix of nasty vsd and nasty cs ...a good channel strip maybe

Hey from what I've seen, Bootsy plug-ins are only windows VST... that sucks !
I wanted the FerricTDS but there is nothing for MAC.
