If I only engage the record button on one audio track, and later turn it off without having recorded anything on that track, Live asks me if I want to delete some audio files when I close the song. It even has happened that the audio file would appear in the browser, and if i try to preview it, the length bar at the bottom of Live window shows a length of 52222.9 or something of the kind but there's nothing playing. I've tried to delete these files in the browser and I'm told I can't because it's used in my live set, even if it doesn't appear anywhere in the session or arrange views.

Anybody on that topic ?

yes I've noticed this too, I even reported it a while back but no-one else seemed to get it. I don't think it's actually recording anything as it only happens after just arming an external input without actually recording anything at all.

It's very strange but not really much of a problem.

Yeah. Does it for me too. I just ignore it.

I could ignore it too but the fact it seems to be listed as used in my set looks like a bug. I wouldn't like to have one of my tracks not to open because of this (don't know if such thing could happen but computers sometimes make me paranoid).
