Live wont recover crashes

Live 8 seems to be having problems recovering work after crashes. 90% of the time, after I attempt to recover after a crash, it tells me a serious program error has occured and shuts down. Next time I open Live, it asks me again and this time recovers an older version.
Do the most recent crash files get corrupted or something?

Hi Si,
Live will, if possible, recover your Liveset. Which version of Live 8 & which operating system do you use?

I'm using Live 8.1.1 and OSX 10.4.11
In what cases "cant" live recover a file?

Hi Si,
that can depend on multiple factors, please send your log.txt to
[email protected] for further diagnosis.
Here's how to find the log file:
* Select "Get Support..." in the Help menu
* Click on the link "Show the Preferences folder" in the lessons window on the right side
* Attach the log.txt file from the preferences folder, preferably as a .zip attachment
