How to export audio from ableton in 128 kps?

I have this track i want to upload to a site but 8mb is max... my track is 17mb i convert my track from wav to mp3 using itunes which is becomes 320kps... is there any way i can make my tracks kps lower so the file won't be big??

You could just change the encoder settings in iTunes to 128k?
