Will an ableton live 8 serial activate a boxed suite 8??

Hi the question is in the title really but i am wondering whether if i buy the standard version of ableton live 8, then can i use my suite 8 (boxed versions) instruments?
Like all the extras that come with suite then can i use them with a standard version of live 8 aswell?
