For the Ableton 8, I've found that 99% of the time, I'm using features of the lite edition on my laptop only. I guess it's because I play backup support for live musicians, not really DJ! Most of the time it's triggering a background loop or sample or too.

I also bought the Max 4 Live thinking I as going to have time to program. Since my day job is software engineer and taking up 80 hours a week, I'm finding that when I sit down or go out to make music, I don't want to program anymore LOL!

So my situation of too many dollars, not enough sense, too little time to learn, and a really good EU / USD exchange rate will be a bargain for someone.

I'm thinking $400 USD for the whole bundle or $200 USD each? I really don't want to do eBay.

(Also, this is a license transfer...I got all download stuff) Ableton Live 8 Suite download Max for Live download. If interested reply to this. I only can take PayPal though. Also make sure you are comfortable with the transfer process via the guys here at Ableton.

Which version of Live 8 Suite is it? Is it the one that doesn't work on Mac, the one that doesn't work on PC, or the one that doesn't work cross platform?

I need the cross platform one because I've been thinking about having some problems with a Mac in the future, but I would like to have issues with a PC for the time being.

Also, do audio pops and crackles come with this version or do I need to make that happen with Max4Live?

oh, and I am not procrastinating right now, I just have a little time on my hands,
say 30 minutes, cause when I used Live last I had the USB-Audio connected,
and now at home there is only the built in soundcard,
mighty confusing of course for the cute little app I've grown so fond of,
so yeah it just needs a little time to itself to sort it all out.m-hm, there there

Nope, and my PM is still unread.

That posting was a public beta version of an April Fool's joke. Still buggy.

No offenses brother but selling it now is like trying sell a TOYOTA at the moment. You could get more cash if ya wait and let things stabilize within a year. That being said that if max was just a plugin instead of intergrating and not being able to turn off (like I've read)....then I'd buy it in a heart beat.
