I have sent you 4 emails in the past 26 days regarding "Case ableton340628" and have still not heard back from you.

Haha.
If I'd actually paid for Live 8 I would have asked for a refund by now. As it is, I bought 7 just a couple of months before 8 came out so they gave me a free "upgrade", if you can call it that.

They must have all gone missing at the end of january! I have an ongoing case number, they e-mailed me loads of times throughout january with lots of suggestions, which didn't resolve my problem, and then they just vanished into thin air...... nothing, nada.
Perhaps their system has become unstable..... they paid lots of money to upgrade it many times....in the hope that it would be a better system... but it just got worse and worse....and more and more unstable..... to the point now that it is not much use to them.... and they're now thinking about ditching it for a different one......
