My Digidesign 002 is not listed in Midi preferences

I use a Digidesign 002 rack for all my audio and midi in and out of my computer. The midi preferences page in Ableton does NOT have the Digidesign 002 listed. Therefor I can't use an external midi device. What do I do? I need midi!
