According to a post on some forum,
"Found out the amazing boobs/butthole/DeGaley insanity figure from Japan is not a toy that is avail to buy, it's a one of a kind sculpture, and it's from "Enomoto Tribute: Shunji Enomoto and Pleasant People" (ISBN4-06-372231-7), which is a book featuring interpretations of Enomoto's manga characters by other cartoonists (including Moebius). It was released by MouRa in 2006."

This is obviously the untalked about result of radiation poisoning, feeling normal sex is something to be ashamed of or pixeled out but this type thing is perfectly acceptable.
