Might be the type of file you're trying to audition. If it's a sample it should work, but to audition tracks from another liveset's track for instance, you have to arrow over to the audio wav files of that track. Just a thought.

the headphones in browser means that it's going to play thru your Cue output, so make sure that's set up right as well..
