By the way if you want the best performance from your HD you should set the cluster size to the largest available when you first format, or reformat using the command line interface.

News flash... Macs use hard drives too!!
its the age of the OS thats the problem. It doesn't "know" about the new technology (filing system). Older versions of Apple's OS will choke on that shit too.

In their defense though. I upgraded to 7 last Thursday. Its nice. Everything has just worked software wise.
In Ableton's defense, there have been some threads with people speaking to the business of not being able to get an activation on a weekend. Which is truly lame. My download got interrupted and I had to start it over and go to bed. On Friday, when I realized that getting a new activation was going to be ruff... I sent an email to support and it got activated either later that day or early Saturday... can't remember, but it seems like they've been listening/reading.
