korg zero 4 recording problem

I want to use korg zero 4 to record guitar and mic ,but after I route it into my live 8 the signal is very low even I turn the gain to max,
is that normal?

I have the same exact problem with my Zero 4. I suspect it's a problem with the Zero itself, not Ableton.

I gather it doesn't have a HiZ input for gain staging of the guitar input.
Nothing a preamp wouldn't fix before line in I must confess.

everything I play from my zero was correct,but the signal was decrease after I route it to my daw ,evean trying the different input~
