Depressed by working too much

Lately, I mean since 20 days I never launched the Live Icon or played an instrument.
I'm working too much, lot of people fired around me and now I am the only one with their knowledge and asked to work a lot more. Including weekends. Maybe this period will end next week but what if it doesn't? Having a Job, try to do your best is one thing but not having the time to take care of yourself is makes me nut.
What solutions if any? :(

This probably isn't what you want to hear, but don't forget to be thankful.

Drink lots of Rock Star and don't worry about Live... until 8.1.2 is released. After that... wait... wait... wait... if everyone quits bitching... tell your boss that if you don't get some more time to yourself you're out. If everyone continues with the gripes and whines... Rejoice! (since you haven't upgraded yet) and then get your ass back to work!

I am thankful. Having a job in this crisis is like being kissed by God.

I know I should not complaint.
However, at work I'm surrounded by dumb asses.
Working 12-13 hours a day, sleeping too little
and dumb asses always impeccable, shiny smiles
and leave early, me and some others still there.
Let me say it's frustrating. Even if in your case
is more.

Do you have a kid? If not you need to invent one and make sure they're "special needs". That should get you down to at least a regular 40 if not less.

I do not have kids but I got your suggestion. Expect development. I'm creative. :D

I personally don't have kids and am not really interested, but I can see the advantage of using them as an excuse to get out of so many things in life. Even success..."but I wouldn't give them up for anything in the world".

I agree, it's ok to complain.

Sometimes things just suck, and that's life, and it's ok to bitch about it. Just don't let the suck consume you, don't become it. When that starts happening it is time to step back and find a way to let go.

Also, it's good to be grateful, but don't let gratitude turn into complacency.

Don't let "at least" become an excuse for settling for second best.

Please do, I'm not expensive either. 45k annual would be just fine.
