Hey, just moved up from Melbourne, looking for a studio desk / table (furniture) checked out music lab's and store dj's web sites but no luck?

any idea where I might find one?

Might be worth giving Billy Hyde and Allans Music a call, even if they're not stocking anything hopefully they could order something or at the very least tell you where you can buy the stuff.

I got a nice desk there that has a little side desk hanging off it that does nicely for my keyboard. It is easy to transport too as you can slide the little side table underneth the main section of the desk.

It is described as a corner desk, but it is not very practical as a corner desk really.

I would think "studio" furniture from music shops would be unnecessarily expensive - I've always just used regular desks.... so +1 for office works or even op shops - there's a few that do furniture near the gabba

they even have the "interweb" in tasmania these days!!!!
