Hey i'm getting back into using LIVE... and now for DJing... and i'm needing to do a lot of warping to fix some tracks with wandering tempo... stuff that i recorded into LIVE from web radio feeds or vinyl, irrespective of tempo. Everything's going well, EXCEPT that LIVE's best-guess tempo is usually NOT changing! just defaulting to the tempo that was arbitrarily set in the project when the recording was done. But after i do the warping, make adjustments and get a steady-playing track, I'm expecting to see the real tempo appear in clip view, right? But NO! Why not? Is this a bug?
I've been using LIVE on and off since version 2, and don't recall ever seeing this problem before. I mean, even Traktor does this like no-brainer. So am i overlooking something stupid??
