PB range select for Simpler

pretty simple FR...don't know how simple the implementation of an addition of pitch bend range select would be, but this would be handy and VERY much appreciated 
yeah, the pitchbend range is 5 i think
not very good at all, i dont use simpler cos i nearly always want to bend sounds more than than
