Sometimes bringing in the original track, on a separate track to the acapella, can help to sync/warp more effectively ive found.
pratice.
underlaying the original helps as noted above.
trial and error.
when djing something i warp new stuff on the fly. but never an accepella. I try and test the hell out of it befor taking it on the road. so to speak.
