Help - "Invalid Product ID" ...?

I get the message "Invalid Product ID" whenever I try to load up version 5 of one of my sets. Version 4 of this set loads up fine, but version 5 (the most recent saved version) had some changed I liked, and I'd really like to get to continue with this latest version of my song. Even when I start a fresh, empty, brand new set and drag in these tracks individually, I get that same error message. Any ideas? If this fails, how at least can I get to see those revised midi notes I had in version 5?

no idea but maybe you can send the .als file to [email protected] they might be able to fix it.

Ah, I've just upgraded from 8.1 to 8.11 - seems to have hopefully fixed it?

be sure to not overwrite the version of the .als from the OLDER versions of Live.

you can get into a situation where you can't get it to work in Live 8 but you saved it as a Live 8 file so you can't open it in Live 7, 6, 5, 4...

I've just got this 'Invalid Product ID' problem on Live 8.1 - it was on a track that I'd been working on a few hours ago, haven't been using Live 8.02 for a loong time now. What's going on??
