Ableton Support

I am not trying to be a nit or start trouble, but I lose my confidence and am concerned when I try to call North American support line listed on the company's website for past 2 days only to get a busy signal. No automated message, no prompts...just a busy signal.
You list this number and its hours of operations, so how come it is not working??? If your support is down, update your site! Say our tech support is currently unavailable, this is extremely unprofessional.
Same goes for this forum, most posts go unanswered and lost in 100s of complains about bugs. I made one 2 days ago and received one response from a forum member telling me to isolate my VSTs one by one. Well, great I knew to do that myself.
