Wierd Phasing issue with my Dj Track

Hey guys I got a weird problem, Ive been producing for years and not quite sure what this is yet, I haven't seen it before.
I made a house track in ableton mastered it threw it into Serato that goes out to my Ecler Nuo4 and back into my presonous sound card and out through my studio speakers.
The track plays fine from my computer but when I play it back from Serato through the mixer there is one part in the track, a Stab that drives the track that I mixed in very wide stereo and very sharp, but playing it back on Serato while Im Djing this part disappears and sound like a muffled garbled noise. The whole track is a bit muffled too. When I pull out one of the channels right or left it sounds fine, even still comes out both speakers for some odd reason. Its Sounds fine coming out of the headphones on the mixer but as soon as I plug it into the soundcard that one part gets garbled and it the whole tracked a bit muffled.
I thought it might be my mixer or my soundcard so I tried different cables and different inputs and outputs, still same thing and even more wierd all the other Dj tracks seem to sound fine.
Here is a link for the track in question if someone could throw it into there Dj rig and let me know if it sounds ok. I need to send it to the label soon.
