Playing clips in session and arr. view at the same time?

Hi there
Is it possible to play clips in session view and arrangement view at the same time? And if it is, how do you do it?
Right now I can only make it work if I start playback in arrangement view, and then go to session view to launch clips. But I would like to do it at the same time - stay in session view, but still be able to start playback in arrangement view. Possible?

In conjunktion with stop all clips and dedicated stop scenes and/arrange locator jumps you can concieve starting arranged parts from the session view..
of cause you have to assign the locators from arrange view to keys of your computer keyboard..
only than you can perform jumps in arrange from session view.

different tracks...
a track can't "share" 2 clips playing.. it's either session or arrangement..
if I'm understanding correctly.. what you need is 2 seperate tracks for each part that needs both arrangement and session..
(if it's an 'instrument'.. than a seperate 2nd midi track routed into the instrument track)
live is built on recording from session to arrangement .. so it's quite easy..
you just need to get your head around the interaction between arrangement and session.. and the routing concepts in live..
I recommend reading the manual.. and going through Tips&Tricks section of the forum
