I just started using them. (with v4) I haven't had any problems with them so far. I've been testing them in 8.1.3RC and in Logic.

Got it fixed now, errant components from an old install.

Anyway, decapitor, not had much time with it yet, it's a distortion, have a few different flavours in my rig now. . .

Amplitube, Ampeg, UAD Fatso (more for saturation), UAD Moog (excellent), URS Saturation, URS Channel Strip (various tape and pre models),
plus hardware - Schippmann Ebbe und Flut (excellent distortion - only one flavour but super good), the ableton stuff (i don't really use that much), Metasonix Assblaster)

So it'll be interesting to see where it fits in.

i got some good stuff making patches last night running Arturia Prophet V2 pads I programmed into decapitator into crystalliser into Panman. . .

I'll report back in a few days after using it a bit more.

Oh forgot, I got that wavearts plug as well. that's pretty damn good imo. .

All different lil babies and I love each of them (although I have to say that the Amplitube stuff is getting less play these days)

Downloading now. I've had Decapitator since the Beta test. I use it on every drum machine and drum kit bus as a sort of analog console modeler, can't live w/o it. There's really no substitute for hardware/ preamps/ transformers but this is the next best thing I've found. Plus nothing touches Echoboy IMO & I've gotten more into filterfreak recently. Soundtoys rule, $99 native upgrade.
