Finished up the latest entry in my ongoing series of music production guides. This one covers some ideas on creating fills and transitions in your songs:

great read as usual.
these always seem to get my brain thinking about things in a different way even if the content/techniques aren't new to me you present them in an interesting way.
only thing i could possibly suggest is maybe using something like a flash audio player for the clips and samples used throughout these guides.
one that comes to mind, and is fairly easy to implement is wordpress audio player standalone -

Flash is dead I heard.
I need to keep these simple to make and as accessible to as many people as possible.

To let other musicians know you have no friends and enjoy spending hours moving little bits of audio around in just a single measure of music.
lol.
Good work dude. I was linking someone just earlier tonight to your tutorials.

Yeah, it's something I've been thinking about for sure. Seems like everyone I know with a blog spends a LOT of time dealing with spam management though. Someday I hope to have enough cash to pay someone to set all that up for me. I want my own forum too, lots of ideas for that.

It's easy. Just install WP-SpamFree plugin.
Quote from my admin-panel:
"WP-SpamFree has blocked 12,828 spam comments."
I need to moderate a comment maybe twice a month. Oh, and installing the plugins is super easy as well.

Thanks. Something to think about. I REALLY REALLY hate doing web stuff, even simple html sites like mine are something to be dreaded working on as far as I'm concerned.

do you really have individual channels for each element of drums in every song you do?
