Behringer UMA25S with Ableton L 8

HY, I'm writing from Hungary!

I wanna use Ableton Live 8 with Behringer UMA25S. I dont know, how can i sycronize the midi-controllers knobs with the knobs in Ableton :S. (Even Master Volume controller doesnt work)

Pls help me :S i would be happy
