Ultralite Mk3 - How to rackmount?

I'm not sure what mine came with, as I can't find the accessories.
MOTU seems to be of no help... How do you rackmount this little fellow?

i think mine came with ears (enabling it be mounted in a rack). but i cant find them right now, so im not sure. they shouldnt be too hard to get though. .
