hi

i been looking at this topic and following the instructions:

http://forum.ableton.com/viewtopic.php? ... ce#p405659

i have a usb joystick which i am trying to get to use to navigate around the session view and fire off clips and things

i downloaded and installed rejoice, midiyoke and bomes midi translator (the free version). rejoice registers results when i press buttons and move the stick, i selected midiyoke1 on rejoice and in bome but when i click 'capture midi' on the incoming tab in bome it does nothing and no value appears

can anyone help me to get this joystick working with ableton, i've been trying to do this off and on for years now and i keep getting stuck and give up

many thanks for any help

cheers

thanks-- the joycur program you ended up using is nice, I downloaded it and once you get the config matrix thing figured out it is really cool.

I've used rejoice with two joysticks and a virtual reality glove all at once to control Live, it is really fun -- here is a picture, at some point I'll make some video of this type of thing http://utenzil.com/images/blackcat_p5_j ... p_fade.jpg
