Field Recorder Suggestions

I'm fed up with transporting my laptop anytime I want to record a set. I'm going to buy a field recorder today, that I can hook up to a mixer. I obviously want excellent quality but don't want to spend more than 200$ on it. Does anyone have a field recorder and hook it up to mixers?

Any sort of input is appreciated

not sure how much edirol r-09 or r-09hr is in $$ but it is well worth it in my opinion

Excellent choice, I have its big brother, the DR 100 and the condensor mics are amazing for the price range.

I was close to buying that. But my main concern was with recording dj sets, directly connecting it to a mixer. I decided the 100 was unnecesary. You could also say the one I bought is too, but I do plan on doing some actual feild recording also .

Yes i think the main difference between the twoo is the DR 100 has XLR input, if you dont need those then the 07 is the way to go.
