IO box with 1/4", MIDI and XLR and an ASIO driver

Can anyone recommend an IO Box with a solid ASIO driver as well as several inputs and phanthom power? I thinking of the Cakewalk UA 25EX. Any comments or suggestions?

Thx. I've received several positive responses and since it's on sale for $210 I'll buy it!
