if NI's Elektrik Piano is crashing Live (8.1.1 / OSX 10.6.3)

I'm not sure if my copy of Elektrik Piano (latest version) was crashing Live because of version 8.1.1 or because of MacOS 10.6.3 (I upgraded to both around the same time), but, after reading NI's tech support page, the answer is to download the free Kontakt 4 player and use that to point to your Elektrik Piano library. This has so far solved the issue for me. Live was literally crashing 75% of the time on opening/closing/saving/quitting of any project that had an instance of Elektrik Piano (either VST or AU) .... once I went in to those same projects and replaced the old Elektrik Piano plugin with the Kontakt 4 player version of the same sample library I haven't crashed once. Although, deleting the old Elektrik Piano plugin is easier said than done haha.... you have to delete it and save it lightning quick before it crashes on you. Anyways, if anyone else was having the same issue I was, try the Kontakt 4 player solution to see if it clears it up
