We have three gigs over the next few days - syncing Ableton to a live drummer. This uses B-Keeper which I've posted a little about before, although I'm not sure if anyone else has had much success getting it up and running.
Higamos Hogamos is a psychedelic rock band, based in London, and on http://www.alltimelowproductions.com
I play electric guitar and sync the backing using B-Keeper. It's written in MaxMSP (and does work in Max4Live although old version is still used while will do tests).
