APC40 MIDI Problems - No Input...

So.. I've had my APC40 for a while now, but recently it has stopped "working."
Here are some pictures to better explain:
Why has MIDI Input disappeared and how can I fix it? I am very confused as to why, in picture 2, it still says there's one MIDI input... Also, the device works, it's just some setting on my computer (obviously).
