3 incidents in just over a month? wtf?

A man who stabbed eight children to death and wounded five others at an elementary school in eastern China last month was executed Wednesday

And I thought we fried 'em fast here in Texas!

Authorities said he carried out the attack because he was frustrated at "failures in his romantic life,"

There's obviously nothing quite like stabbing up a bunch of 4 year olds to soothe a broken heart!

I'm not exactly a fan of China, but that's justice I can admire. Now, if only we could get U.S. lawmakers to treat repeat sex offenders with the same speed and results, I might actually begin to believe in our government again.

The guy responsible for inspections of the plastic toys in the lead scandal was also very quickly executed. Something like this for guys like Madoff and Cheney?

And what's with the sloth like reflexes and vision impairment (obvious jokes aside) of the Chinese? I can understand high body count gun massacres but you see somebody going at it with a knife and you get the fuck out of there asap.

Those poor kids prolly go into shock immediately. Disbelieving. Hell, most adults do the same.

Just so I'm clear, you'd like your US government to afford your citizens the same human rights that China affords its citizens and that would give you more confidence in your government?

These are strange times we live in, or more accurately in American and Chinese parlance...medieval times.

Perhaps we could round up all criminals, give them some basic mockery of a trial without jury and then have them hung drawn and quartered in the streets of Houston. That would sort them out faster for you no?

if i knew the cops were gonna off him in a week or two, i'd be at the hardware store buying some retribution assistance wares followed by my own search for the bastard. he'd better hope they find him first.

stabbing - death by knife
shooting - death by firing squad - with tiny guns
raping - death by dick down - with large dicks

this would actually be a huge pain in the ass. traffic in Houston is ridiculous. this would be much more efficient in somewhere like Tyler or Vidor. It would be much more entertaining doing it somewhere like Spring - that way we could watch the housing market upheaval instead of commercials.
