hej folks...

i've made a little operator rack for creating some dubstep like bass sounds. there are 3 operators with slightly changes in fm mode & envelopes. with the chain selector macro you can switch between the operators / combinations.

Sounds great man! I honestly just needed a kick start on these dub-step basses cause I dont know jack about synthesis..

Already started to mess with it to fit my taste.. first off, made the LFO rates synced, and got the macro knob from 1/4's to 1/24's and I have 6 intervals mapped to a key range on my launchpad.. So i can fiddle with notes on the keyboard while I switch the LFO rates on the fly with 6 launchpad buttons, works perfect for me..

I'll probably end up altering it further and then making some more variations, may have to post it back up here for you and others to check out, maybe we can keep refining a bunch of presets together cause I need to build an arsenal of these nasty basses.

either way, I know people that do it both ways.. I got a buddy who uses this website to convert the BPM and count that the wants (1/4, 1/8, etc) into hertz so he can set his LFO rates like that.

Got a track coming along with them already, I'll probably post that once I bounce a quick demo mix.

yezz, ive played around with bass and i also like the organic feel w/o sync.

if anyone need to sync the lfo, simply set to SYNC

then re-map the macro for rate.

Because Live tells me I can not open it because it is probably broken ...

You probably have an earlier version of Live than the version it was created in.

is made in live 8.1.3. ....
