apc40 upgrade

If i were to buy the APC40, then upgrade to Live, what cost am I looking at? I'm not worried about the APC 40 cost, i'm worried about the upgrade cost. I don't want to buy the APC40 and then realize that I cannot afford live.

I don't know what version the APC40 comes with, but it's probably Live Lite, so the price would be $329 download or $419 for the box.

on my account it shows an upgrade from live 7 apc edition to live 8 would cost.....
live 8 suite download 499 euros
live 8 suite boxed, 569 euros
live 8 download 269 euros.
live 8 boxed 329 euros.
